Common Questions

Before You Book

Why book direct?

Booking directly through this site skips the Airbnb service fee (typically 14–16% of your total) and means your money goes straight to the host. You also get Pete's contact info from day one.

Can both units be rented together?

Yes — both The Storefront and The Loft are available to book simultaneously for groups traveling together. Email Pete to coordinate a combined booking and pricing.

Is the sauna included?

The wood-burning sauna and backyard are shared by both units and are included with every stay. Pete will show you how to fire it up — it takes about 45 minutes to heat.

Is parking available?

Yes, free off-street parking is available for guests. The NE Arts District is also very walkable and bikeable, and Lyft/Uber availability is excellent.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are outlined in the booking process. For questions about specific dates or flexibility, reach out to Pete directly before booking.

Are pets allowed?
