By accessing cornerstorempls.com or making a booking through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and guests of The Corner Store vacation rentals at 1901 5th St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418, operated by Pete Sieve ("Host").
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment as outlined during checkout. Booking is facilitated through Hostaway's direct booking platform (holidayfuture.com), which processes all transactions securely. By completing a booking you agree to Hostaway's terms as well as these terms.
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Rates displayed on this site are per night and do not include cleaning fees or other charges, which will be disclosed prior to checkout.
Cancellation terms and refund eligibility are disclosed during the booking process and will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. Guests are responsible for reviewing cancellation terms before completing a reservation.
The Host reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g., property damage, safety concerns, or unforeseen events beyond the Host's control). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and Host approval. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The Host reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for damages identified after checkout. Guests will be notified of any such charges with supporting documentation.
The backyard, wood-burning sauna, firepit, and outdoor bar area are shared between The Storefront (lower unit) and The Loft (upper unit). When both units are occupied simultaneously, guests are expected to share these spaces courteously and coordinate sauna use directly.
Pets are not permitted by default. Requests for pet accommodations must be submitted to the Host in advance via pete@cornerstorempls.com and approved in writing. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination of stay without refund.
The Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a guest's stay, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or disruption of travel plans caused by circumstances beyond the Host's reasonable control.
Guests use the sauna, firepit, and all outdoor amenities at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and the safety of members of their party.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from a booking or stay shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The Host reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Bookings made prior to a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
